SEAFARER'S LICENSE

We have been certified by the government of Panama (Merchant Marine of Panama) to provide assessment for the Certificate of Competence and seaman books for all ranks. Panama being IMO white list approved flag state hence all issued certificates are endorsable with other white listed flags as per STWC treaty; seamen can get employed in all flags of conveniences. Meeting STCW requirements regarding endorsements and certification of officers and crew can be facilitated easily by us for our clients. We assist in licensing of as per the STCW 2010 manila amendments.

Basic Requirements

Valid passport copy
4 Colour picture 3x3 cm
Documentary requirements per rank according to STCW 78 as amended in 2010 manila
Medical Certificate is applicable for all ranks, both deck, engine and ratings.
Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch on Vessels of 500 GRT or more/Regulation II/1
Diploma from a maritime training centre recognized by Panama Maritime Authority attesting that the holder has received training in accordance with section A-II/1 and Table A-II/1 of the STCW Code.
Evidence of having completed seagoing service for not less than 12 months in a vessel of more than 500 GRT
